Any Monarch shield in hell will give you a return of four sockets which is needed. It will generally say “Monarch” when the item hits the ground

You are looking for shields with a white title.(CANNOT BE BLUE, YELLOW, UNIQUE OR A SET GREEN COLOUR if they even come in a Greek as sort).

Monarch shields can only be socketed to its max of four sockets in hell. Help out others who may be getting frustrated over what’s explained in videos.
